Happy 7th Birthday Celebration to YSEALI

It was a great experience to join the 7 year anniversary of the Young South East Asia Leadership Initiative (YSEALI) program, held at Kampong Bolkiah Community Development Centre. The fun-filled event featured a sharing session with the first four Bruneian YSEALI members from YSEALI’s first year in 2013. Their initiatives include Save Kampong Ayer, Borneo Eco Warriors and Youth Against Slavery. The event also marked the launch of YSEALI’s Younified Community Service initiative for the month of December. 

YSEALI is the U.S. government’s signature program to strengthen leadership development and networking in Southeast Asia. Each year they run a variety of fully-funded programmes including scholarships, exchanges, workshops, online courses and competitions. Find out more at the link here.
