Dr Noor Affizan

Noor is involved in policy making and health promotion at the Ministry of Health in Brunei. She also helps preserve and restore sight as a consultant eye surgeon.

In 2020, Noor was selected to join the Equity Initiative to facilitate the development of a new generation of health equity leaders in Southeast Asia. The initiative forms part of the global Atlantic Fellows, empowering emerging leaders to advance fairer, healthier and more inclusive societies.

Noor also started You Can Lead BN to help support Brunei’s youth development. The platform shares a wide range of opportunities to help young people reach their potential.
