Teacher’s Leadership Talk at SMALHB

Excited to be back at SMALHB for an interactive session on leadership and teamwork in the workplace. I was invited by the school’s Professional Development, Counselling and Intervention Unit and was fortunate to spend time discussing their programme beforehand.

I was very impressed with the Unit’s ongoing initiatives to improve their working environment and I’m sure their efforts in turn will have a positive impact on the students.

The session had interactive elements and focused on collaboration and kindness.
