Finding Purpose with the Millennial Generation

An honour to be invited to speak with this group of young professionals in Cagayan de Oro, during my recent trip to the Philippines. As the generation of hope, I am inspired by their desire to find work that has greater meaning than just to make money.

As part of their personal development programme, I shared my ideas on what brings fulfilment and that at the end of the day, you may not do the work that you love, but you can love the work that you do. This means showing up wholeheartedly and giving 110%. When you do this, you open the door to a world of new opportunities and fulfilment.

I’m always happy to volunteer my time for events like these, as we get to have fun, gain new insights and strengthen our connections.
